- 11:30 am: Brunch
- 3:30 pm: Myofascial Release
It has been said that our issues are in our tissues and there was a well known book written about how to heal from trauma called The Body Keeps Score. Unprocessed emotional energy can create pain and stagnation in the body and even lead to disease. In this workshop you will learn about your fascia and why some scientists believe it is the subconscious mind. We will explore how to use therapy ball exercises to care for it and aside from working through subconscious holding patterns and liberating yourself of stagnant emotional energy, myofascial release just feels awesome. It’s a form of self massage that is an excellent self care tool for sports recovery and to help you feel at home in your body, perform better, live with less pain and sleep better.
- 5:00 pm: Dinner
- 7 pm: Medicinal Mushroom Tea, Vocal Toning, Meditation, Sound Bath
Guided by Lynda you will learn to access the healing power of your own voice. Vocal toning is a sound healing technique using the vibration of your voice. This is an energetic process of specific frequencies which restore harmony and balance in us. The conscious practice of accessing the vibration of your voice can restore well-being and help you express yourself in a way that is authentic and in alignment with your innermost truth.
Following the vocal toning experience Lynda will offer a magical sound bath which is a meditative experience of sound created by special instruments including gongs, singing bowls, wind instruments, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and a harmonium. The instruments are designed to work on the chakra system to bring the body into energetic coherence. You will lay on your mat and simply receive the sounds in complete relaxation. You may experience profound mental clarity, insights, visions, see shapes or colors and find a sense of deep peace. It is absolutely blissful!
- 8 am: Tea, Meditation
Sunday
- 8 am: Tea and Beach Walk
Rising with the sun is an important part of optimizing health. Research shows receiving the light of the sun at sunrise stimulates the pineal gland as the direct sunlight hits the eye, moves through retinal-hypothalamic tract, and then hits the brain. This stimulates the pineal gland, also known as the “master gland”. This boosts the secretion of melatonin and serotonin, our “feel-good” hormones. These benefits are amplified by grounding, the practice of making direct contact with earth. A morning barefoot beach walk is the perfect way to start the day!
- 9 am: Yoga Basics

This includes the awareness of effort and ease, control of the senses, cultivation of inner heat, and observation of the fluctuations of the mind.
- 11 am: Brunch
- 2 pm: Future Self Design
Become the person and create the life you want. Guided by Sheryl you will be offered a series of exercises to distinguish your former, current, and future self. Research has shown that shaping your future self requires “deliberate practice,” or the ability to develop yourself towards a specific goal. You can’t effectively grow without a direction to that growth; you need a clear goal to shape the process. Together we will reverse engineer the identity narrative of your future self. We are all in a constant state of becoming. Who you become and what the future version of yourself looks like can be and should be intentional. Let’s write the story together.
- 3 pm: Closing

Through these practices one can attain the keys to their own kingdom and unlock higher states of consciousness, healing and magnetism. Her teaching style will take you on a deep inner journey and create the conditions for transformation. She is popular with beginners and advanced students and believes that no one is ever so enlightened that they don't need to work on themselves so she remains a dedicated student and practitioner herself with a daily practice and commitment to her own personal disciplines. Robert Starbuck
Breathwork Journey
Robert Starbuck is an artist, designer and breathwork facilitator inspiring others to be an embodiment of their truth through the experiences he creates and the art he shares. The intention in every breathwork experience he designs is to create an energetically clean space for others to experience the essence of themselves, underneath the noise of the day-to-day grind and heaviness of past life experience. Through intentional curation of music, clear guidance and artfully crafted imagination exercises, Robert brings a unique and powerful approach to designing experiences that have been described as “worldclass”, “life-changing”, and “profoundly transformative”. Robert believes that we are our healthiest and happiest when we are able to be fully expressed in the totality of our truest essence. Breath is a tool that guides us there by unburying the truth of who we are and connecting us to the infinite depths of creative energy we all have access to. Robert has created breathwork experiences for NBA champions, Grammy award winning artists, Fortune 500 companies, and some of the most well known music festivals. He is always open to exploring co-creative opportunities where human connection and creativity are focal points.Lynda Arnold

Neuroplasticity Meditation
Indy Rishi Singh's Neuroplasticity Meditation is a new way to approach an age old phenomenon. Everyone is interested in regeneration, revitalization, and rejuvenation. Neuroplasticity Meditation is the process. It's the reinvention of the method. We cannot verbatim use the tools of the past when the environment is vastly different than it was then. There should be more laughter and lightness as we pursue wellbeing. Stress never produces better results. Efficiency diminishes and physical illnesses set in. If every industry promoted more laughter within their communities and management, there would be better communication, more open attitudes for adaptation, & healthier work=school environments. Even government agencies would be better if there was an understanding about the science of laughter and the power of neuroplasticity.Wellbeing Engineering is a missing/forgotten science
